About the Opportunity

EnergyHub seeks a passionate and driven event marketer to manage our conference and event presence. You will combine creativity and experience to make sure EnergyHub stands out, adds value, and achieves objectives at industry conferences and trade shows, partner events, and in-person/virtual events of all sizes. This role is critical to driving customer acquisition while leaving a positive, lasting impression across the broader industry.

Main Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Planning and executing incredible 1st party and 3rd party event experiences.
  • Planning, managing, and executing our presence at events, including booth design, speaking opportunities, ancillary dinners, afterparties/happy hours, etc.
  • Overseeing all event logistics, budgeting, contracting, POs, sponsorship fulfillment, and vendor management, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Creating and/or collaborating with other team members to create event assets, including registration pages, promotional messaging, swag, webinar assets, leave-behinds, promotional activities, conference presentations, etc.
  • Support evaluation of event ROI through surveys, analysis of audience reached, and/or other means of assessing value

Required Skills and Experience

What you need:

  • Expert knowledge of end-to-end event management, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects within scope, timeframes, and budget constraints
  • Strong independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings
  • Experience in overseeing event budgets with a focus on financial accountability and compliance
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Track record of delivering innovative event solutions that drive attendee engagement and align with strategic goals

  • Industry experience – working with device manufacturers (thermostat, battery, electric vehicle, EV chargers, heat pumps, solar panels) and/or utility companies.
