Experience in overseeing event budgets with a focus on financial accountability and compliance, excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills are required. A track record of delivering innovative event solutions that drive attendee engagement and align with strategic goals is also necessary. Industry experience working with device manufacturers or utility companies is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Event Producer will plan and execute first-party and third-party event experiences, including managing the company's presence at events with booth design, speaking opportunities, and ancillary functions. This role involves overseeing all event logistics, budgeting, contracting, purchase orders, sponsorship fulfillment, and vendor management. Responsibilities also include creating or collaborating on event assets such as registration pages, promotional messaging, swag, webinar assets, and conference presentations. The producer will also support the evaluation of event ROI through surveys and audience analysis.
