Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating internal company events that foster team spirit and collaboration
  • Acting as the main point of contact and coordinator for external events hosted in our Munich office — ensuring smooth communication, logistics, and a welcoming experience for guests and partners
  • Supporting the Marketing team in organising customer and trade fair events, including logistics, materials, and vendor coordination
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align on event requirements and objectives
  • Researching and managing venues, catering, and suppliers
  • Supporting event communications (e.g., invitations, schedules, internal updates)
  • Conducting post-event evaluations and identifying opportunities for improvement
