Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required
One (1) year of relevant experience in Events, Set Design/Set-Up/Tear-Down, Logistics, Warehouse and/or General Labor preferred
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

Support the installation and strike of event decor to ensure it meets both corporate and client expectations
Perform event-related installation tasks including pulling inventory, loading/unloading, delivery and on-site set-up
Proactively address and resolve on-site technical, creative, and timeline challenges, working closely with management to meet deadlines
Operate company trucks, vans, and lifts, ensuring timely communication with management regarding fuel and maintenance needs
