Responsibilities

Obtain work from assigned queues
Communicate clearly and effectively to convey information through a variety of means (primarily email & phone) with hotel partners to maximize partner-initiated recovery potential
Respond to hotel partner inquiries and questions regarding overcharges disputed to secure credits from the partners back to EVC cards within established timelines (SLAs)
Monitor and maintain work queue to ensure cases do not exceed recovery timelines
Complete work effectively and efficiently to achieve department metrics
Maintain accurate contact information for hotel properties
Cost modification requests when needed
