Responsibilities

  • Obtain work from assigned queues
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to convey information through a variety of means (primarily email & phone) with hotel partners to maximize partner-initiated recovery potential
  • Respond to hotel partner inquiries and questions regarding overcharges disputed to secure credits from the partners back to EVC cards within established timelines (SLAs)
  • Monitor and maintain work queue to ensure cases do not exceed recovery timelines
  • Complete work effectively and efficiently to achieve department metrics
  • Maintain accurate contact information for hotel properties
  • Cost modification requests when needed
