Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronics, or a related field, and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar position. They should have experience managing work tools, proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SAP, and preferably hold a Green Belt certification and be an ISO 9000 Auditor.

Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for the production of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. They will interface with design engineering to coordinate product releases, estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements. Additionally, they will maintain records and reporting systems for manufacturing operations, ensuring coordination and efficiency.
