Responsibilities
- Registrar los activos recién adquiridos en el sistema (p. ej., SAP FA), asegurando que toda la información sea precisa y conforme a las políticas de la empresa
- Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo de los activos: desde la adquisición y capitalización, pasando por la depreciación, hasta su baja o retiro
- Calcular y supervisar la depreciación de acuerdo con las normas contables y los requisitos específicos del proyecto
- Conciliar las cuentas de activos fijos, elaborar informes periódicos y brindar apoyo en las auditorías internas y externas
- Colaborar con los equipos de finanzas, compras y operaciones para garantizar la correcta clasificación de los activos y su actualización oportuna
- Asegurar que todos los procesos relacionados con los activos cumplan con las normas de control interno y la normativa externa
- Identificar áreas de mejora en el proceso de activos fijos y aportar ideas para su automatización u optimización
