Requirements

Candidates must have knowledge of major cloud providers, with AWS being mandatory and Azure desirable. Strong operational knowledge for daily tasks and incident troubleshooting is required. Proficiency in Observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo/Jaeger, and Dynatrace is essential. Experience in CI/CD, including pipeline creation with Harness and ArgoCD, is necessary. Experience with Load Testing tools such as Jmeter, Locust, and k6 is required. Practical experience in GitOps, including deployment and usage, is mandatory. Kubernetes CKA/CKAD certification is required. Proficiency in Terraform and Helm is mandatory. Intermediate English language skills are required. Knowledge of container security, experience with Istio, and a background in API development (Java, Python, Go) are considered differentiators. Operational experience with Datadog and CKS certification are also advantageous.

Responsibilities

The SRE Specialist will be responsible for operating and contributing to automations and pipelines that add value and increase squad productivity. They will manage the cloud, focusing on vulnerabilities, observability, compliance, and FinOps. The role involves actively participating in an SRE squad, engaging in ceremonies, discussions, supporting decision-making, and resolving conflicts.
