  • Experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT development, and data modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with big data tools and cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of data governance and quality frameworks
  • Experience integrating ERP systems (Oracle) and industrial software
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI), automation platforms (Power Automate) and low code apps (Power App)
  • Understanding of machine learning workflows and AI readiness
  • Advanced English for global communication

Responsibilities

  • Data Engineering: Develop automated processes to acquire and consolidate data from ERP (Oracle), quality systems, and internal tools; build efficient ETL/ELT pipelines and data models; and ensure data integrity and governance to enable analytics, AI readiness, and process improvement opportunities
  • Data Strategy and Architecture: Define and maintain the overall data architecture strategy for the Quality Hub, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enabling scalability, integration, and readiness for advanced analytics and AI solutions
  • Systems Integration: Ensure connectivity between different tools in the quality ecosystem, promoting automation and efficiency
  • Interface with Stakeholders: Work together with quality, IT, engineering and other areas teams to understand needs, define requirements and prioritize projects
  • Development and Customization: Work on the evolution of existing tools and the specification of new digital solutions
  • Change Management: Promote the adoption of digital tools, offering training and support for users
  • Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance indicators of the tools and implement improvements to increase efficiency and usability
