Requirements

Candidates should have a completed higher education in technology, information security, or related areas. Experience in risks and/or technology audit is required, with data governance experience being a differential. Advanced/fluent English for calls and presentations with global areas is a differential, as are CISA, COBIT, and ITIL certifications. High interpersonal skills for assertive and efficient communication with internal clients are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The specialist will be responsible for evaluating IT processes, risks, and controls within the Data Office, ensuring data security according to policies and procedures. They will support the review of policies and procedures applicable to the Data Office, conduct and review gap analyses between global corporate policies and Data Office processes, and support the 1L Assurance team in meeting annual process review schedules and area results. The role involves executing complex IT process reviews and control tests, assessing the IT environment, and the design and effectiveness of IT controls. Additionally, the specialist will support the review and/or writing of policies and procedures, conduct reviews and evaluations with the second line, Compliance, Legal, Information Security, and Internal Controls, interact with management and operational levels, and support analysts and interns.
