  • Experiencia en Seguridad e Higiene, Normas Oficiales Mexicanas (NOMs) referentes a seguridad e higiene (Obligatorio)
  • Experiencia en Auditoría e Intervenciones (Deseable)
  • Licenciatura en Actuaría, Seguridad e Higiene, Ingeniería Industrial o afín, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Química (Obligatorio)
  • Inglés Intermedio (Deseable)
  • Manejo de herramientas de informática, entorno web, Community Manager, Visio, etc. (Obligatorio)
  • Habilidades interpersonales: Análisis de Información, Comunicación, Autogestionable, Trabajo en Equipo

Responsibilities

  • Analizar de acuerdo con la normatividad vigente (NOMs STPS, Ley Federal del Trabajo, reglamentos locales, estándares internacionales) los diferentes riesgos y condiciones inseguras que puedan poner en peligro a colaboradores, visitantes, clientes y proveedores del Banco
  • Diseñar y actualizar de acuerdo con el marco normativo interno (manuales, políticas, procedimientos, instructivos y anexos) formatos que ayuden en la ejecución de las auditorías a los diferentes centros de trabajo
  • Realizar de manera global análisis de riesgos y vulnerabilidades de los inmuebles del banco para la identificación de riesgos y enfermedades del trabajo
  • Elaborar reportes ejecutivos como resultado de cada una de las auditorías practicadas en materia de seguridad e higiene
  • Dar seguimiento a observaciones y requerimientos derivados de auditorías internas con cada una de las áreas involucradas hasta la conclusión de adecuaciones y atención de observaciones, asegurando la entrega de evidencias
  • Elaborar indicadores de medición que permitan dar seguimiento a los avances en materia de seguridad e higiene
  • Elaborar presentaciones ejecutivas con los resultados de auditorías y los avances alcanzados de acuerdo con los objetivos del área
