  • Strong comprehension of the requirements for Safe Work Permitting as detailed in RSP-1128-000
  • Strong comprehension of the Safe Work Permitting process as applied in the field
  • Proven ability to convey information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging manner that helps them understand and retain the message, including listening skills

Responsibilities

  • Obtain ePermitting application proficiency and serve as one of the Subject Matter Experts during training, go-live, and hypercare
  • Conduct/Instruct ePermitting Training Classes with the support of the full multidiscipline ePermitting implementation team
  • Conduct and/or support Unified Permit and MIRAM training as part of the overall ePermitting training curriculum
  • Support application troubleshooting and the resolution of issues during site implementation and hypercare with the support of the full multidiscipline ePermitting implementation team
  • Attend the readiness workshop for implementation teams ensuring readiness to assume responsibility for assigned role
  • Coordinate with the Field Implementation Team Leader and the other multidiscipline ePermitting implementation team members to schedule time on-site, vacations, holidays, and days off, including backfilling for other team members and/or the Field Implementation Team Leader when needed
  • Serve as primary point of contact for the ePermitting implementation at assigned sites for the ES&S Department
  • Facilitate the training of the Unified Permit and MIRAM components of the ePermitting rollout at assigned sites
  • Focus on the needs and concerns of the site’s Safety Department, ensuring that any concerns/issues raised by this group are promptly resolved
