Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Business Central is a plus), including configuration and workflow management
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, MDR)
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in global, complex data environments
Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Very good command of English (spoken and written), German proficiency is an advantage

Responsibilities

Own ERP processes and master-data governance: define policies, ensure compliance with FDA, MDR, ISO 13485, and internal standards
Act as ERP expert: configure workflows, resolve issues, implement improvements, and audit data accuracy
Manage master-data lifecycle across ERP/CRM (suppliers, customers, materials): creation, updates, validation, and system transfers
Optimize cross-functional workflows (manufacturing, finance, logistics, sales) for efficiency and traceability
Lead data-driven projects (migrations, integrations, automation) ensuring regulatory and business requirements
Ensure accurate data flow between functions and systems; collaborate with sourcing, regulatory, quality, and finance
Serve as central contact for ERP and master-data topics; provide KPIs and actionable insights to management
