Requirements

Extensive experience in ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Manufacturing modules
Expertise as JD Edwards Manufacturing SME, including Requirements Planning (MRP), Shop Floor Control, Product Data Management, Manufacturing Completions, and Inventory Management
Knowledge of medical device industry compliance standards, including FDA regulations, validation documentation, traceability, electronic records/signatures, audit readiness, and change control procedures
Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), including integration with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (preferred)
Familiarity with real-time production tracking and shop floor processes (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis, design, implementation, and support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Manufacturing modules
Work with the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) and technology teams to ensure business needs are understood and JD Edwards Manufacturing solutions meet expectations
Ensure JDE Manufacturing modules align with medical device industry compliance standards and support regulatory/quality system requirements
Actively participate in cloning JD Edwards applications and processes into Vantive’s JDE instances, verifying they work as expected
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR, etc.) for smooth integration of JDE Manufacturing processes
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions
Partner with third-party support and delivery teams to manage and resolve issues, ensuring timely delivery of enhancements and support
Configure and support JD Manufacturing modules to meet business needs and streamline processes
Drive system enhancements, troubleshooting, and functional support for manufacturing processes
Optimize manufacturing operations, improve supply chain efficiency, and align ERP system with business goals
