Troubleshooting industrial machinery and equipment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC logic systems)
Reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Using measuring devices and visual inspections
Repairing and installing AC/DC motors, switches, relays, and solenoid valves
Operating various tools and equipment
Performing preventative and predictive maintenance
Reporting and correcting safety issues

Working from work requests (stored in CMMS - Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Work procedures and other written/verbal/electronic instructions
Preparing and maintaining records regarding safety, quality, productivity, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping
Troubleshoots industrial machinery and equipment
Observes and listens to mechanical devices to locate causes of trouble
Dismantles machines, replacing defective parts and motors
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments
Reads, interprets, understands, and works from drawings, sketches, schematics, machine manuals, CMM work requests, and other written, electronic or verbal instructions
Uses measuring devices and visual inspections to ensure quality of product
Troubleshoots, repairs, or replaces various motion controllers/actuators (e.g. IAI, Yasakawa)
Operates various tools and equipment to maintain, clean, prep, lubricate, handle, manipulate, and move machinery, equipment, salvage, and facilities
Performs tooling changes and setups
Performs preventative / predictive maintenance and supports production set-ups
Bends, cuts, threads, glues pipe, and cuts openings in walls, ceilings, and floors for pipes
Seals pipe joints with sealing compound
Operates cutting torch and welding equipment to cut or join metal parts
