Requirements

  • Engineering, mechanical, or electrical automation related major, bachelor's degree or above
  • 1+ years of automated production line work experience or relevant fresh graduates
  • Familiar with mechanical and electrical principles of automated line equipment
  • Ability to analyze equipment failures or quality issues with strong logical analysis skills
  • Ability to propose and execute equipment performance improvements, and perform preventive maintenance on potential equipment failures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and relevant collaborators as needed, and provide professional insights in related meetings
  • Good English foundation, proficient in reading English technical materials
  • Computer knowledge (hardware and software) and maintenance knowledge
  • Problem-solving ability, organizational coordination ability, and communication ability

Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with project teams on new equipment introduction, improvements, verification of new equipment issues, and train other personnel
  • Lead introduction of equipment similar to existing equipment, follow up on issue improvements, and train other personnel
  • Identify equipment design improvement points, lead some equipment improvement projects, and modify SOPs as needed
  • Manage spare parts for new equipment, and assist maintenance personnel in resolving equipment issues during the first year of production or project
  • Follow up on quality or safety issues, such as prevention and rectification of changes, audit findings, quality issue prevention and rectification, and lead related RCA
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
