Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with project teams on new equipment introduction, improvements, verification of new equipment issues, and train other personnel
  • Lead introduction of equipment similar to existing equipment, follow up on issue improvements, and train other personnel
  • Identify equipment design improvement points, lead some equipment improvement projects, and modify SOPs as needed
  • Manage spare parts for new equipment, and assist maintenance personnel in resolving equipment issues during the first year of production or project
  • Follow up on quality or safety issues, such as prevention and rectification of changes, audit findings, quality issue prevention and rectification, and lead related RCA
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
