Requirements

  • Epic ECSA Certification (MUST HAVE)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing, maintaining and implementing Epic Win Server infrastructure
  • Experience deploying Epic applications
  • Experience using Kuiper and System Pulse
  • Experience in management and support of Interconnect, Hyperspace, EPS, Web blob, BCA, MyChart, Kuiper, System Pulse
  • Experience participating in design and architecture of Epic
  • Experience creating and maintaining KB articles
  • Experience troubleshooting
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred: ITIL experience or knowledge of ITIL framework

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
  • Configure and support the Epic application
  • Coordinate work with the Epic offshore team
  • Manage, maintain and implement Epic Win Server infrastructure
  • Deploy Epic applications using Kuiper and System Pulse
  • Manage and support Interconnect, Hyperspace, EPS, Web blob, BCA, MyChart, Kuiper, System Pulse
  • Participate in design and architecture of Epic
  • Create and maintain KB articles
  • Perform troubleshooting
  • Provide post-production support including different SLAs across incidents, problems, changes, root cause identification, defect resolution
  • Work with end customers, client stakeholders and offshore team
  • Provide on-call support during non-working hours
