Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years as an EpicCare Ambulatory analyst and 5 years of experience in a client-facing IT analyst role. A current EpicCare Ambulatory certification and a High School Diploma or GED are also required. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Epic Ambulatory Applications Coordinator will act as a subject matter expert for EpicCare Ambulatory workflows and configurations, and support teams working on other non-Epic ambulatory clinical applications. This role involves supporting e-Prescribing workflows and integrated systems, managing daily support and maintenance activities, and serving as a liaison with client stakeholders. The coordinator will also lead and coordinate with offshore support teams, maintain system documentation, ensure compliance with HIPAA and security policies, and participate in team meetings. On-call rotations and up to 10% travel to client sites may be required.
