Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week, four 10-hour shifts: 7a-5:30p or 7:30a-6p)
Ability to travel regularly to multiple office locations (Cherry Hill, Galloway, Hammonton, Medford, Moorestown, Voorhees, Washington Township, Burlington, Woodbury)
On-site work (no remote)

Responsibilities

Perform device interrogation clinics in various offices; maintain appropriate patient records and document clinic visits; enter device evaluations in EMR for clinical record
Review and follow up of escalated remote transmissions; utilize Device Vendor Databases for escalated remote transmissions
Collaborate with office physicians regarding device management and concerns
Triage and assess patient problems/concerns while making sound nursing judgements; demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisions that provide optimal and timely patient care
Perform wound checks on post-procedure patients
Educate patients on importance of remote monitoring and utilization of remote devices
Coordinate follow-up plan with office staff to ensure that patients obtain follow-up visits and other treatments as needed
All other job duties as assigned
Adhere to policies and procedures of the organization, including HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations
Maintain nursing supplies and anticipate needed supplies; maintain safe and clean working environment; maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams, offices, and hospitals
Using the nursing process, assess and document the care of patients; work cooperatively with ancillary staff, nursing, and providers to maintain standards; promote patient’s health by managing long-term patient care; assist physician in caring for patients with pacemakers, defibrillators, and loop recorders
