Land development experience in classroom, internship or professional setting
AutoCAD and MS Office experience

Responsibilities

Prepare site civil engineering designs including grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion control for land development projects
Produce detailed construction documents, site plans, and technical specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Support project managers with the coordination of internal design teams and external consultants
Conduct due diligence research, zoning/code reviews, and site feasibility studies
Assist in preparing permit applications and support approvals from local, state, and federal agencies
Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and design stormwater systems in compliance with regulatory requirements
