As an Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Agent, the individual will be responsible for researching ownership records and market data, prospecting new client relationships, attending networking and industry events, presenting marketing proposals to clients, negotiating exclusive listing agreements, marketing exclusive listings to qualified buyers, and advising clients on their real estate investment strategies.
