- Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn business processes
- Ability to utilize a PC and applicable business software
- Competency to learn new software tools

Responsibilities
- Develop business requirements and related business rules based on business decisions
- Work closely with business subject matter experts in the definition, training, implementation, and support of business requirements
- Define requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and existing system documentation or procedures
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and translate high-level information into details
- Act as liaison between the business and technology teams
- Work with software tools to gather and document requirements and rules
- Perform high-level testing in coordination with detailed testing by quality assurance teams
- Organize and lead meetings with business, technology, and quality assurance teams
