Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise project oversight for specific projects and manage expectations
  • Mentor other employees in project management principles and PMO initiatives
  • Ensure the project team understands customer expectations and aligns them with the project scope
  • Oversee project issue resolutions
  • Identify and manage project risks
  • Provide consistent enterprise project initiation and closure for Members/Customers
  • Serve as a single point of coordination for Members/Customers on enterprise implementation projects
  • Assess and respond to high-priority situations
  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for NISC enterprise solutions and integrations
  • Proactively engage customers to address project impediments and manage risk mitigation plans
  • Assess, analyze, and understand the enterprise impact of requests
  • Continuously consider project health statuses and reestablish expectations as necessary
  • Ensure project tools are accurate and ready for use
  • Work with Team Leads to monitor and update Project Plans
  • Utilize project management and implementation best practices
  • Prepare and present materials at the Member Information Conference (MIC)
  • Work and communicate with internal and external executives
  • Coordinate and execute enterprise project meetings
  • Coordinate and drive internal troubleshooting and resolution of project impediments
  • Perform work duties outside of regular business hours, as needed
  • Commitment to NISC’s Statement of Shared Values
  • Other duties as assigned
