Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Breadth across Applications, Analytics, Digital to define target Architecture for clients
- Depth in Cloud, Data, AI, ITO & DevOps (added advantage)
- Ability to work with key Practitioners for end-to-end solution accountability
- Industry expertise to develop and drive large and/or complex business solutions
- In-depth solutions architecture capability based on specific customer business needs
- Ability to oversee holistic solutions from business and technical perspectives, considering costs, contract terms, business conditions, and technical environment
- Understanding of DXC’s and Partner offerings (features, advantages, and business benefits)
- Ability to research customer business, industry, market, and IT services best practices/trends, and alliances
Responsibilities
- Develops and drives large and/or complex business solutions for targeted/assigned customers
- Assists sales and business development to create and qualify opportunities
- Develops solutions aligned with client needs and DXC’s internal delivery/financial requirements
- Owns and creates proposals with SMEs to meet client requirements and compel purchase; offers self-service access to global best practices, collateral, and reusable content
- Establishes technical credibility, cultivates relationships, and envisions creative sales/solution strategies to generate revenue
- Cultivates trusted-advisor relationships with senior IT executives, demonstrating understanding of business challenges and DXC solutions
- Provides leadership/strategic guidance to pursuit teams during solution development for alignment with sales/client strategy
- Develops high-level technical operating strategies, solutions, and benefits; analyzes stakeholders and influences decisions
- Leads Solution Design Workshops, ensures alignment across business objectives, technical solution, SOW, and contract
- Designs integrated, cost-effective solutions using Value-Based Solutioning (VBS), including transition/transformation plans, SOWs, and negotiates terms
- Interprets client requirements to address business goals; identifies trade-offs, risks, and value-adding services
- Researches best practices/trends/allies to evaluate/enhance DXC solutions; provides recommendations on new offerings/upgrades
- Identifies partner companies to reduce competition or increase win chances
- Provides ongoing assistance to delivery team during transition, including guidance on intent, discussions, design drivers, POR variances, change control
