  • Knowledge of emerging trends and disruptions (e.g., AI in HR, CLM, AI-driven forecasting, process automation)
  • Understanding of regulatory & compliance mandates (e.g., SOX, GDPR, data privacy, corporate governance)

Responsibilities

  • Define strategy and target architectures for core capabilities within Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement, addressing emerging needs such as AI-driven forecasting and process automation (70%)
  • Lead the modernisation of core platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Coupa, ServiceNow) and niche systems; analyse trends and disruptions and assess their impact on business outcomes (70%)
  • Architect solutions for regulatory & compliance mandates (e.g., SOX, GDPR), ensuring auditability and control (70%)
  • Partner with functional leadership (CFO, CHRO, CPO, Legal) to translate strategies into integrated technical roadmaps; visualise future states and communicate enterprise architecture value (70%)
  • Assess FinTech, HRTech, LegalTech, and ProcureTech solutions for enterprise fit and manage vendor relationships (70%)
  • Design seamless data flows and integrations between finance systems and HR, Procurement, Legal, and Commercial domains (20%)
  • Govern APIs, middleware, and data models for real-time, secure data sharing, enabling a single source of truth (20%)
  • Enforce architecture principles (e.g., single source of truth, privacy-by-design, closed-loop reconciliation) across domains (10%)
  • Champion FinOps and TechOps practices to align cloud and SaaS spend with financial accountability and value realisation (10%)
  • Proactively guide enterprise leaders, product managers, product owners, and delivery teams through transformation and optimisation initiatives; support business strategy, outcomes, and capabilities for revenue growth, cost optimisation, and risk mitigation
