Responsibilities

Establish test methodologies, procedures, and standards; collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test cases, execute test plans, and validate system functionality and integrity
Manage setup and configuration of test environments, including hardware, software, and communication interfaces for automotive embedded systems
Coordinate with development teams to ensure availability of test resources, tools, and equipment
Implement and oversee defect tracking and management systems, including recording, tracking, resolution, prioritization, assignment, and status updates to stakeholders
Provide technical leadership in automotive communication protocols; define testing strategies, develop test scenarios, and execute validation tests for compliance, interoperability, and performance
Establish quality control processes and measures; conduct audits, reviews, inspections; implement corrective and preventive actions
Manage testing and validation team resources, including staffing, training, performance evaluation, professional development, and allocation to meet project deadlines
