Requirements
- Experienced team leader (3+ years managing people) with a hands-on approach
- Software developer with 8+ years of industry experience, focusing on large-scale, cloud-based technologies
- Proficiency in Java and Spring framework

Responsibilities

- Design and architect long-term technical solutions that deliver a significant impact on both our wide platform and customers
- Own a critical, high-load system at the heart of Gong’s operations — combining advanced AI capabilities with exceptional speed and efficiency
