Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong experience with Go programming language and infrastructure automation is essential, as is familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud environments. Experience with blockchain technologies and decentralized oracle networks is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

As the Engineering Manager for the Chainlink Deployments (CLD) team, you will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers responsible for the development and maintenance of the Chainlink Deployments Platform. You will drive the ongoing development of the Go-based framework for automated on-chain and off-chain system deployments, ensuring operational reliability, security, consistency, and auditable standards. You will also partner with product, infrastructure, and data platform teams to solve integration challenges, streamline data flows, and manage state effectively, while facilitating cross-team collaboration and championing best practices in reliability, security, and maintainability.
