As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers in developing features for Software Supply Chain Security, specifically focusing on authorization systems and user permission models. You will guide the implementation of advanced authorization controls across GitLab’s platform, collaborate with Product Managers to define the roadmap for Supply Chain Security features, and transition the team from Declarative Policies to a more sophisticated policy-based system. Additionally, you will be responsible for nurturing the team’s health, hiring exceptional talent, and ensuring the team’s success in building secure and scalable authorization solutions.
