Candidates need 10+ years of industry experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale systems in production, 3+ years managing junior and senior engineers, a track record of building and leading technical teams, driving operational excellence, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills with coding background, and a BS/MS in Computer Science or related fields.
