8+ years of software development experience, including at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role
Proven hands-on experience in both front-end (React.js, TypeScript) and back-end (Golang)

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
Contribute as an individual contributor by designing, developing, and maintaining core systems using React and Golang
Own the architecture, implementation, and delivery of major product modules and features
