Responsibilities

Lead a team transforming ChatGPT into the operating system for Work
Enable enterprises to build B2B apps on top of ChatGPT, partnering closely to build the right primitives for compelling, AI-first experiences
Lead efforts to enable enterprises to build internal agents and apps, supercharging workflows and productivity
Partner with product, design, and research to define and deliver high-impact user experiences blending LLMs with real-world tools
Drive technical execution and system design across complex integration surfaces and auth flows
Break down ambiguous product ideas into clear, iterative milestones and roadmaps
Grow and support a high-performing, collaborative team with a strong engineering and product culture
Ensure privacy, security, and trust are foundational to all experiences
Contribute to team strategy and help define the future of connected intelligence with GPT
