Requirements

4+ years of engineering management experience leading product or full-stack teams
Strong technical background (backend, frontend, or full-stack) and a track record of building enterprise products
Data-savvy and comfortable using A/B testing, analytics tools, and experimentation to guide decision-making
Passionate about bringing cutting-edge AI to millions of users through real-world applications
Experience building or scaling platforms for third-party developers (a plus)
Experience working in both startup-like and mature engineering environments, balancing speed with quality and rigor

Responsibilities

Lead a team transforming ChatGPT into the operating system for Work
Enable enterprises to build B2B apps on top of ChatGPT, partnering closely to build the right primitives for compelling, AI-first experiences
Lead efforts to enable enterprises to build internal agents and apps, supercharging workflows and productivity
Partner with product, design, and research to define and deliver high-impact user experiences blending LLMs with real-world tools
Drive technical execution and system design across complex integration surfaces and auth flows
Break down ambiguous product ideas into clear, iterative milestones and roadmaps
Grow and support a high-performing, collaborative team with a strong engineering and product culture
Ensure privacy, security, and trust are foundational to all experiences
Contribute to team strategy and help define the future of connected intelligence with GPT
