Requirements

Strong technical depth in APIs, backend systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS Node.js/Python; REST/GraphQL)
Hands-on engineering leadership - thrives on building alongside the team
Experience mentoring engineers, especially in fast-paced, iterative product teams
3+ years of people management experience, or a senior/staff/principal engineer ready to step into their first leadership role
Proven delivery track record in startup or scale-up environments
Strong communication skills, with the ability to bring clarity in high-speed environments
Bonus: Experience with AI/ML or workflow automation products

Responsibilities
