Required skills include proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar, strong engineering background in web applications full lifecycle, ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, experience with Agile, CI/CD, automation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, React, Node.js, and web frameworks like React, Angular, .NET API.
