Requirements

Experience leading, coaching, and developing software engineering teams

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of software engineers on platform initiatives like the in-memory refactoring program
Provide hands-on engineering contributions, modeling high-quality practices and establishing technical standards
Translate architectural strategy and business objectives into team roadmaps and execution plans
Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, high-quality engineering, and accountability
Improve delivery processes to enhance predictability, velocity, and release confidence
Contribute technically to projects, including development, integration, and troubleshooting
Support and guide work on distributed systems, data-intensive pipelines, and high-performance capabilities
Participate in and lead design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions
Champion test-first, automation-focused approaches for scalability, reliability, and quality
Work with architecture teams to evolve shared frameworks, technical patterns, and standards
Partner with Director of Software Engineering, product managers, architects, and global teams to align priorities
Collaborate across distributed teams using Java, .NET/C#, and Python for interoperability and unified practices
