Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing engineers
  • Architect and oversee the development of applications, APIs, and distributed systems
  • Own architectural decisions for the tech platform, advising on key product and infrastructure strategies
  • Be hands-on with the codebase 50-70% of the time, providing technical guidance and support
  • Develop and maintain analytics, monitoring, and logging infrastructure to improve user experience and system health
  • Collaborate across Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver a top-notch service and product experience
  • Contribute in many other ways to the agile founding team, building the future of flexible light industrial staffing
  • Partner with the Director of Engineering and CTO, making key architectural and product decisions, and driving the technical vision and execution of the team
