Requirements

  • BS or Vocational school degree in EE/CE or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in PC, graphics cards, embedded systems, or related industries
  • Proficiency with desktop motherboards, graphics cards, and embedded systems
  • Basic English communication skills, including reading and writing emails
  • Expertise in electronic component and chip soldering, as well as GPU ball planting/repair
  • Skilled in using Office software and familiar with Windows and Linux
  • A proactive and can-do attitude

Responsibilities

  • Repairing a variety of products including graphics cards, automobiles, and servers
  • Managing daily GPU disassembly, ball planting, and repair tasks
  • Defining and maintaining the lab's requirements to ensure it remains well-organized
  • Procuring necessary laboratory equipment
  • Maintaining hardware inventory for all lab equipment
  • Assisting engineers with system tests, board rework, and chip attachment
  • Debugging test boards and identifying the root causes of frequent failures, and implementing fixes
  • Managing the logistics and shipment of chips, boards, and devices
