Associate or Bachelor degree in any Engineering curriculum
1 to 3 years of Engineering experience
Familiarity with product change control process & SAP systems
Working Knowledge on Teamcenter related processes
Good Problem-Solving Skills, Accountability
Self-Motivated / Team Player
Ability to communicate effectively
Requires good drawing reading skills
Optional: Programming skills to write & create scripts in MS Excel
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Working Knowledge level (utilizes approaches for checking, processes detailed information accurately, learns from mistakes, uses checklists)
Effective Communications: Working Knowledge level (delivers helpful feedback, listens to feedback, makes presentations/writes reports, avoids jargon, considers non-verbal cues)

Responsibilities

Systematically review and check new releases / Changes for conformance to CPPS and Business Unit requirements
Processing & approving drawings and notices through EDS & Teamcenter
Ensure Engineering notices are filled out properly and convey all necessary information to downstream partners and users
Produce optimum results in terms of timely completion of packages with high quality
Collaborate with product group Engineers and product change control coordinators
Guide and provide solutions to Engineers and other groups on EDS releasing process and Releasing rejections
Collaborate with Global Engineers on Releasing practices and standards
Developing standard work instructions and deploying and updating the best practice process documents
Keep up to date of changes that are made to Corporate Product and Process Standards and Business unit releasing requirements
Check drawings and engineering notices for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established Engineering Standards and practices
