Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in product, process or quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with basic knowledge of root cause analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or similar) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of statistical process control and continuous improvement concepts (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze production data to identify root causes of issues and propose corrective actions
  • Support continuous improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and product quality
  • Work closely with teams across different departments, including Quality, Production, and Design, to implement solutions effectively
  • Assist in new product introduction and process validation activities
