Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term maintenance plans
  • Create and manage master schedules, monitor progress, and resolve variances
  • Audit UMS data for work orders and job plans to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare and interpret performance reports to identify improvement opportunities
  • Evaluate current work processes and recommend changes to enhance efficiency
  • Maintain CMMS data, including asset locations and equipment details
  • Ensure compliance with corporate, federal, state, and environmental regulations
  • Support purchasing, receiving, and expediting functions
  • Review and manage existing service contracts and vendor agreements
  • Lead negotiations with new vendors and contractors to secure favorable terms
