Requirements

Candidates must have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience, with 4+ years of UI development experience. Strong foundations in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with web frameworks, are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with comfort working remotely. Experience in user research, usability testing, and presenting results, as well as integrating front-end applications with internal/external APIs, is necessary. Responsibilities

The UI Developer will collaborate with team members to design, develop, and build front-end applications that integrate with research systems. They will work closely with operational engineering teams to transfer work to production and develop interactive prototypes for testing and demonstration. Responsibilities include developing asynchronous and real-time collaborative applications, working with immersive technologies, and contributing to the open-source community when appropriate.
