At least two years of experience working with QPCR and CE systems, and demonstrate strong computer skills
Experience in field service for a minimum of two years, specifically focusing on installing and maintaining analytical instruments (desirable)
Strong problem-solving skills with a determined approach to diagnosing and resolving hardware and application issues
Ability to work independently while also demonstrating effective interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
