Requirements

  • BS degree or above in analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, pharmaceutical, environmental engineering, or related fields
  • At least two years of experience working with QPCR and CE systems, and demonstrate strong computer skills
  • Experience in field service for a minimum of two years, specifically focusing on installing and maintaining analytical instruments (desirable)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a determined approach to diagnosing and resolving hardware and application issues
  • Ability to work independently while also demonstrating effective interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

  • Assess, identify issues, and fix analytical instrumentation, particularly QPCR and CE systems
  • Provide installation, maintenance, and application support for products
  • Conduct rigorous testing and calibration to ensure equipment meets stringent performance standards
  • Train and assist customers in the efficient use of instruments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement solutions and improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions
