Bac+5 in HSE, industrial engineering or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in industrial environment
Good knowledge of ISO 45001 standards and HSE references, as well as applicable HSE regulations in industrial settings
Mastery of risk analysis tools (AMDEC, cause tree, etc.), office tools, and HSE software, with ability to assess risks using objective criteria
Ability to manage projects, lead working groups, mobilize teams, and collaborate with other services
Synthesis skills, strong writing abilities, resilience under pressure, professional English
(Appreciated) Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 50001 standards
(Appreciated) Curiosity and investigative mindset (especially for accident investigations)

Responsibilities
Safety: Identify occupational risks, implement appropriate prevention actions, lead safety initiatives (audits, inspections, awareness, training), monitor key indicators, manage action plans from incident analyses and internal/external audits, participate in developing and updating the Single Risk Assessment Document (DUER)
Hygiene: Ensure compliance with hygiene rules on site, participate in managing health risks, collaborate with medical services and external partners if necessary
Environment: Ensure regulatory compliance (ICPE, discharges, waste), monitor site energy consumption and emissions, lead actions to reduce environmental impact, prepare and follow up on environmental authority inspections
HSE Management System: Participate in implementing ISO certifications (45001, 14001, 50001), draft and update HSE procedures, train personnel on HSE issues, ensure regulatory and technological monitoring
