They must have experience working with Jamf Pro for Apple device management and Azure for Windows devices, along with proficiency in scripting using Bash for Mac and PowerShell for Windows. Experience with Python scripting and familiarity with CI-CD pipelines and GitHub are considered a plus. Relevant certifications in collaboration platforms are desirable.

Responsibilities

This role involves ensuring the availability, performance, and security of all devices, including Mac, Windows, and ChromeBooks. The Endpoint Support Engineer will develop and maintain custom scripts to automate tasks, troubleshoot and resolve device software and hardware issues, serve as a point of contact for endpoint security incidents, set up and configure new devices and software for users, administer devices and collaboration tools, track IT equipment and software licenses, assist end users with network connectivity issues, identify areas for improvement in user support processes, and contribute to agile development methodologies.
