Requirements

  • Extensive cyber and IT security expertise, including hands-on experience designing and implementing endpoint security controls at scale
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with a leading EDR platform (e.g., CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne) in an enterprise environment
  • Expert-level knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems and security features
  • Advanced experience with cloud hosted endpoints, including a strong understanding of core Kubernetes concepts like Pods, Nodes, Namespaces, Deployments, and Daemon Sets
  • Proficiency in scripting languages for automation and analysis (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash)
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and host-based firewalls
  • Experience with the technical delivery of endpoint security solutions

Responsibilities

  • Install, implement, maintain, and administer all components of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform
  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, and health of Falcon sensors across various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Cloud); troubleshoot sensor installation and communication issues
  • Configure and manage deployment and prevention policy settings to align with the organization's security posture
  • Work collaboratively with Security Analysts and Incident Responders to ensure the platform is functioning optimally for threat detection, investigation, and response
  • Create and maintain documentation for CrowdStrike configuration, processes, and best practices
  • Assist in the overall security strategy for all organizational endpoints (Windows, Linux, Mac, and Cloud environments) as well as design and implement solutions
  • Lead configuration and management of EDR platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne) and other enterprise security tools, aligning deployment and prevention policies with the organization’s evolving security posture
  • Work closely with IT, Network, and System Administration teams to seamlessly integrate security solutions into the overall IT infrastructure
  • Provide cybersecurity oversight for Zscaler, including security recommendations for endpoint configuration
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on security best practices and effective use of endpoint security solutions
  • Provide expert, end-to-end technical troubleshooting for complex issues across Windows, Linux, Mac, and Cloud environments
