Responsibilities

Prevé, solicita y activa la disposición de medios, materiales, maquinaria o herramientas necesarios para la ejecución de los tajos, en el corto y medio plazo
Prevé y anticipa las necesidades de mano de obra, de acuerdo a las directrices y requerimientos del Jefe de Producción
Organiza y distribuye el trabajo, orientando y controlando la mano de obra propia o subcontratada
Organiza el trabajo de los diversos subcontratistas en el corto plazo
Controla y verifica el avance de la ejecución de las obras, las necesidades, existencias acopios y recepción de materiales
Verifica el estado, disposición y uso apropiado de maquinaria y herramientas
Coordina los medios y sistemas de seguridad y la forma de emplearlos
