Requirements
J.D. from accredited law school; strong academic credentials
5 or more years of employment law advising experience
Current membership in at least one state bar; licensed or willingness to become licensed in Minnesota
Ability to work a minimum of three days per week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Excellent critical thinking and writing skills

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day advising on employment law subjects including fair employment practices, hiring, performance management, leave and accommodation, investigations, wage and hour compliance, and other workplace subjects
Respond to agency charges
Support employment law related litigation
Interface regularly with HR and business professionals across the organization
Develop and deliver employment law related trainings to internal clients
