Maintain programming backups and keep up-to-date electrical and mechanical manuals for machinery under supervision
Ensure computer is properly maintained and equipped with necessary software for efficient task performance
Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the quality management system and its processes
Provide training for new employees and ensure ongoing competency development within operational roles
Ensure compliance with payroll procedures, including leave requests, vacations, and medical absences
Preserve and share critical knowledge within the department
Adhere to labor relations procedures and company policies
Participate in assigned training courses relevant to the role
Ensure compliance with NOM-035 and corporate policies on psychosocial risk management
Monitor and follow up on the closure of incidents and unsafe conditions in the work area
Implement and enforce safety and environmental policies
Actively contribute to the identification and mitigation of risks within assigned areas
