Requirements

  • Studying a university program focused on electronics, with active interest in electronics and desire for professional development
  • Ability to read electronic schematics and navigate PCB layouts
  • Good knowledge of electronic components and orientation in designing both analog and embedded electronics
  • General technical overview, ability to approach tasks creatively, complete them, and work both independently and in a team
  • Familiarity with soldering PCBs, creating wiring, knowledge of standard measuring instruments, and ability to evaluate measured data
  • Communicative level of English for occasional communication with foreign colleagues

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and lifecycle of mass spectrometers and gas chromatographs (prior knowledge not required)
  • Work with schematics and PCB layouts using Altium, Pads
  • Participate in the development of analog and digital electronics
  • Support product lifecycle – component replacements, redesign, testing, engineering changes (ECO)
  • Population and testing of designed boards and implementation of boards in the system
  • Work as part of a small electro development team, collaborating with colleagues from other fields (software, chemistry, physics, etc.)
