- Degree qualified in Physics, Engineering, Electronics, Computing or any Applied Science discipline to minimum 2:2
- Interest in electro-optic systems and technologies
- Keen to apply knowledge and skills to challenge self, team and technical capability

Responsibilities
- Support major MBDA programmes by designing and certifying EO products (Systems Engineering)
- Innovate and develop cutting-edge technologies alongside experts (Technologies)
- Generate models for EO systems and use them to predict performance (Modelling and Tools)
- Create synthetic IR imagery for models to test different scenarios (Scene Generation)
- Assess real EO systems through lab testing and field trials (Trials)
- Work across systems design, computational modelling, lab testing and field trials
- Collaborate with teams, technical community across MBDA and wider defence industry
