Responsibilities

Collaborate with technical experts worldwide on the integration, development, application, and validation of electrical and electronic control systems
Gain real-life experiences through on-the-job training supported by mentors
Undertake off-the-job training during contracted working hours to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to become an effective engineer
Work within the Integrated Component and Solutions (ICS) team as engineers, materials scientists, technicians, strategists, innovators, and problem solvers
Partner across Caterpillar to develop technology that enables customer success, including designing and building components and systems for Aftermarket Solutions, and providing engineering, research, validation, and manufacturing services
